Honey Hickory BBQ Shrimp Pizza

Ingredients:   Rolled Pizza Crust Shrimp   Sliced Red Onions Paprika Garlic Powder Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese Cooking oil Honey Hickory Sauce   Directions: Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté in cooking oil until cooked through. Sauté sliced red onion in cooking oil until softened. Drizzle Honey Hickory Sauce onto unrolled Pizza Crust on a baking sheet. Top with cooked shrimp, red onions, mozzarella and Colby-jack cheeses. Bake for 10-15mins in 425-degree preheated oven or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Drizzle additional Honey Hickory Sauce on pizza, slice, and serve immediately.

Sweet Heat Glazed Salmon

Sweet Heat Glazed Salmon Ingredients:   Salmon Filets   Onion Powder Turmeric Salt Pepper Olive oil Sweet Heat Sauce Directions: Season Salmon filets with onion powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Place on hot and oiled pan or griddle skin side down. Cook for 4-5 mins, flip, glaze with Sweet Heat sauce and cook for additional 3-4minutes. Plate, spoon with additional sauce and enjoy!

Sweet n Tangy Double Crunch Shrimp

Ingredients:   Jumbo/Large Shrimp Old Bay Seasoning   All Purpose Flour Large Eggs Whole Milk Panko Breadcrumbs Vegetable Oil Sweet n Tangy Sauce Directions: Arrange 3 bowls. In the 1st bowl, combine flour Old Bay seasoning. In 2nd bowl combine 2 eggs and ½ cup of milk. In 3rd bowl combine Panko Breadcrumbs, Old Bay seasoning and salt. Heat oil in large pan or deep fryer. Add shrimp to flour bowl (shake off excess), then to egg wash, and lastly coat with season breadcrumbs. (For added crunch coat in egg wash and breadcrumbs a 2nd time) Fry shrimp for 2-3mins or until golden brown. Remove from oil, finish with salt to taste, drizzle with Sweet n Tandy Sauce and serve!...
