Ingredients:
Jumbo/Large Shrimp
Old Bay Seasoning
All Purpose Flour
Large Eggs
Whole Milk
Panko Breadcrumbs
Vegetable Oil
Sweet n Tangy Sauce
Directions:
Arrange 3 bowls. In the 1st bowl, combine flour Old Bay seasoning. In 2nd bowl combine 2 eggs and ½ cup of milk. In 3rd bowl combine Panko Breadcrumbs, Old Bay seasoning and salt. Heat oil in large pan or deep fryer. Add shrimp to flour bowl (shake off excess), then to egg wash, and lastly coat with season breadcrumbs. (For added crunch coat in egg wash and breadcrumbs a 2nd time) Fry shrimp for 2-3mins or until golden brown. Remove from oil, finish with salt to taste, drizzle with Sweet n Tandy Sauce and serve!

Seal and shake to combine. Add the shrimp to the bag and seal. Toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
